FLOWER GROWING

Mulch Matters - Don't fight weeds the old laborious way and wisely decline on using chemical herbicides. Go with the natural control method - the WeedGuard family of mulches > they provide excellent weed control, 100% BioDegradability and deliver valuable organic matter to your soil as they decompose. A natural and sustainable option to plastics - suitable for commercial and home garden flower growing.

"At Barnesdale Farm, we grow flowers, such as zinnias and dahlias, the old-fashioned way, by supporting organic and all-natural practices. As part of our regimen, we use Weedguard Organic Mulch. By adding this mulch paper to our garden beds, we save hours and hours of wasted time weeding for other needed activities.

Suggested Mulches

EcoMulch - our OMRI Listed Earthtone Brown 100% Biodegradable mulch grade does a good job of blocking weeds from ever getting started. And when layed over existing weeds (mowed down), will suffocate those weeds too. Easy to roll out and available in 4 widths and 6 length options, EcoMulch will provide season long effective control. NOTE: Chemical herbicides are selective treating only groups of weed types - our WeedGuard range of Eco-effective Mulches are non-selective and will block and prevent all weeds.
